One of our most valuable services is a structure we call “ePMO” (enterprise PMO), where 4Liberty experts create a project management office that coordinates activity across multiple client organizational silos. For example, a PMO that manages and coordinates projects across a utility’s Distribution Engineering, Transmission Engineering, Field Service, Customer Operations, and IT organizations. Each of those organizations has a distinct budget, VP-level leadership, and distinct operating constraints. They tend to view their projects with only those constraints in mind.
