Jason Heisterkamp
Director
Jason Heisterkamp's career has always been about solving hard problems and making things work, from telecommunications systems in the Air Force to delivering complex security and infrastructure programs for clients across commercial, industrial, and government markets.
Jason launched his career in 1994 as a Telephone and Data Circuitry Journeyman in the U.S. Air Force, assigned to the 5th Combat Communications Group in Georgia. He completed two tours in Saudi Arabia and Oman supporting Operation Southern Watch before transitioning to the private sector. From there, he spent six years at FusionPoint as a Lead Engineer and Manager, followed by a stint at AVAYA as a Senior Technician, building deep expertise across cabling, telecom, audio/video, project management, and systems integration. He joined 4Liberty in 2006 and has grown from Program Manager to Director of Network and Communications, racking up over 30 manufacturer certifications along the way.
At 4Liberty, Jason leads security and infrastructure delivery with a focus on the people side of the work just as much as the technical. He genuinely enjoys getting to know clients and finding ways to deliver a level of service they didn't know they were missing. Outside of work, Jason is a hobbyist woodworker and mechanic with a soft spot for classic and antique vehicles. His favorite days off involve fishing and boating. At home, the family miniature schnauzer holds a firm belief that she is a full and equal member of the household — and honestly, no one's arguing with her.
We’re looking for top talent. Let’s start a conversation.
