Physical Security PMO & Automated Design Services

Zac Gaynor's career is rooted in service and a commitment to protecting what matters most. At 4Liberty, he leads the Security PMO and Automated Design Services programs, working to scale security program execution, strengthening governance, and integrating technology and modern tools like Building Information Modeling (BIM), AI, and automation into how security programs are designed and delivered for utility, critical infrastructure, and commercial clients.

Before joining 4Liberty, Zac served in the United States Marine Corps as a federal law enforcement officer, leading security programs across Department of Defense environments and overseeing critical infrastructure and advanced security systems protecting billions of dollars in national assets. That mission-driven foundation continues to shape his approach to enterprise security program delivery today.

He's passionate about building systems that actually change how organizations operate, connecting strategy to execution, and putting repeatable processes in place so teams can move faster and more predictably. Zac holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from American Military University and an MBA with a Project Management specialization from National University in San Diego.  

When he's not working, you'll find him at the beach or camping in the woods — usually with his two boxers, Gunner and Cash, not far behind.
